Gillian’s mediation experience dates back to 1991 and since then she has been involved in successful mediations in both the public and private sectors.
Gillian’s commercial mediations have covered diverse sectors including manufacturing, media, pharmaceutical, charitable, governmental, banking and insurance. She has also mediated neighbour disputes including boundary and building issues.
Mediations undertaken have ranged from resolving relationship breakdown in the workplace to multi-party international cases worth over $50 million. Her skills and qualities have been recognised by one of Europe’s leading mediation providers who have appointed her to its national panel of lead mediators.

Gillian’s background is a career in international business with one of the world’s top companies and, previously, she worked in the voluntary sector in the UK and overseas.
